When reading about the printing you will have noticed that the context menu contains quite a few options:

Here is an explanation of each:

Print Select Sheets: Previews the selected transactions using the Default for Label Sheets selected in Options.

Print Selected PoP: Previews the selected transactions on a Proof of Posting Listing sheet.

Print Selected Labels: Previews the Selected transactions using the default Label Layout.

Print Selected Despatch Notes: Previews the Selected transactions using the default Despatch Note Layout selected in Options.

Print Selected Invoices: Previews the Selected transactions using the default Invoice Layout selected in Options.

Edit Row: Copies the transaction to the Single Labels Window for editing.

Copy Items: Copies the Sold Items in this transaction to a buffer.

Paste Items: Pastes (Adds) the Copied Items to this transaction.(There is NO UNDO function) although you can delete items in the Single Label Window

Delete Row: Deletes this Row. (There is NO UNDO function)

View Item: Shows the Item URL in a Viewing Window using a hosted Internet Explorer Control. (Does Not open Internet Explorer).
