These pages assume that you are familiar with the use of Windows programs in general and know how to use the mouse and the keyboard for shortcuts and menus.

When you use DespatchPal for the first time there a few steps to follow to make sure that you get the best out of the program and it’s features.

Firstly setup your personal or business information in the Options screen (Menu: File | Options. Keyboard Alt+F, T)

When the options settings are correct you are ready for a file import

When you have downloaded your sales history you are ready for some printing
