Importing the data is simply a matter of opening the file or files that you have downloaded from your PayPal account history. To do this follow the guide below.

Start DespatchPal from your menu or Desktop Shortcut:

Either Click the Top Link “Import File” on the Main left hand Shortcut bar or Select ( File | Open Download (Alt+F then O ) a file open dialog appears (as you would expect) the selected folder is usually IncomingData Folder but the program remembers previous folders if you have navigated away from the default

Select the file you downloaded previously (download.csv)

If everything succeeds then you will be looking at your transaction list for the dates you selected on the account history download page, (the image below show our demo data file) and you are ready to do some printing
