To Change the layout click the “Layout...” button to print to the default printer click the “Print” button when finished printing click the “Done” button.
A couple of options are available by right-clicking a label:
Edit Record: Take you to the single Label View to edit the record.
Copy Text: Copies the Label text to the Clipboard.
Creating simple labels to print:
If you just want some simple text in a label the select “Layouts | Free Text Labels” from the menu. A Simple editor is shown that allows you to create any number of identical labels.:
