Printing All pages

To print all the Label Sheets using the default layout simple click on the Shortcut link “Label Sheets” on the left hand Menu:

The main display will change and show you a preview of the sheets that will be printed. To Print to your default printer simply click the Print button. To select a different printer select “Print Setup” from the Main File menu (Alt+F, P). See below:

You can re-size the main window and use the scroll bars to view the full page.

Use the page navigation buttons to navigate between pages:

To Select a different layout Click the “Layout...” Button. This will show a file dialog that allows you to select a different layout style

Printing Selected pages

To print just one sheet from the preview right click the page you want to print and select “print this page only”.

To print a range of pages we need to return to the transaction view so click on the “Done” button, or Press the F11 Key

Now click on the second transaction and drag the cursor over the third transaction. The two Transaction will be highlighted and a menu will appear showing options for the selected transactions. See Below:

Select Print Selected Sheets from the menu and only these sheets are displayed in the preview.

To use the keyboard to select use the up and down arrow keys to select the first transaction then pres the shift key and the down arrow key to highlight more rows. Then Press the Windows Context Menu Key to see the selection. Press “S” to select the Print Selected Sheets Item.

The same mechanism is used to print all types of Sheets whether they are Labels, invoices, despatch notes or sheets you have designed yourself. You will learn that you can even print personalised sales flyers to include in your packages.
