Some technical notes:
File Folder Structure:
Base Folder: <My Documents>\DespatchPal>
File: DespatchPal.ini: Contains Program Settings Data and recent file list.
Folder: IncomingData: Save all Incoming downloads to this folder
Folder: Completed Data: DespatchPal copies all completed files here adding a time and date stamp if selected in the Options Dialog
Folder: LocalData:
Holds Country and County data that DespatchPal uses for interpreting badly formatted addresses pasted from e-mails or web pages.
“Sender.Txt” contains the simple text from the Options Dialog.
A small Graphic to display when Graphicbox files are not found
Folder: Presets: Hold Preset Avery Label Data.
Folder Saved Labels: Contains all Label and Sheet Designs.
Sheet design files:
The files are all text based and are essentially “ini” files. So all sheet layouts can be edited outside the application using a simple text editor (do NOT use word or other word processors) . Note that Graphic Files are loaded from the originally selected location so deleting or moving these files will result in the GraphicBox failing to display.
Installation: Notes:
DespatchPal.exe can be installed in any Folder but normally is in the “Program Files” Folder
